The Flowers
Florist’s inspiration: The clock itself was the inspiration for this piece. I wanted to create something outside of the norm and settled on something functional and long lasting. Flowers are so often fleeting in their beauty but I wanted to create something timeless, like the clock itself. The use of dried flowers will allow this piece to be seen for years to come, so it's time isn't limited to the life of the flowers.

Cedar & Lime Collective uses fresh, seasonal, local flowers for their arrangements whenever possible. They are committed to providing clients with the best possible flowers, and to them, that means locally grown. Cedar & Lime creates gorgeous floral designs, using naturally and healthfully grown flowers, while promoting and supporting a more sustainable local floral industry. Through purchasing local flowers, they are able to support our local economy. Partnering closely with local flower farms, they are able to be fully involved in the growing process, supporting farmers along the way.
With every event, Cedar & Lime focuses on sustainability. They have almost completely eliminated single use plastic and floral foam from their designs. They compost any floral waste and reuse vessels and hard goods whenever possible. When our flowers don't come locally, Cedar & Lime recycles any and all packaging.
