Viewing the “Still Life with Geese” painting there were two aspects which grabbed my attention. One being the color scheme. Mixing colors is a way I love to perceive life in a positive manner. Sending the right message in a proper language for every occasion, transmitting harmony in the modern arts.
The representation of the painting with the two swans represent grace, beauty, love, trust, and loyalty. The swan’s elegance, structure of the body, it’s posture, are spiritual symbols of lasting romance and loyalty. Swans have been considered a symbol of spiritual royalty, relating it to the sacred mysteries of different countries and religions.

Still Life with Geese
This oil-on-canvas English still life—one of four in the room—depicts a mound of various flowers in a figural vase, with two geese standing amid blooms. This visual delight is installed in a gilt wood frame high above a marble doorway and coordinates with the scenes of flora and fauna found over the other three entrances, and in the Flemish tapestries, French upholstered furniture, and the chandelier.
